April was a big month. Highlights below.

New: industry landing pages

We shipped dedicated landings for five industry / stack combinations:

  • SAP customers on mid-market tier
  • AFAS Profit users
  • Manufacturing distributors
  • Wholesale / distribution
  • General mid-market

Each page walks through how OrderPilot applies to that specific operating model with sector-specific examples.

Improved: AFAS Profit connector

The AFAS connector is now certified against the latest App Connector API. Notable changes:

  • Nightly vendor master sync (was weekly)
  • Automatic KostenplaatsCode derivation from requester email
  • Re-post action available on all failed UpdateConnector calls

Existing AFAS customers don’t need to do anything - the update deploys automatically.

New: Knowledge Base

The page you’re reading now. Structured into five sections:

  1. Getting Started - onboarding guides
  2. Integraties - ERP connectors, per-ERP
  3. Tips & Best Practices - playbooks from production teams
  4. FAQ - direct answers to the questions we hear most
  5. Updates - this section, monthly

Search across all articles is client-side and indexes every article. Feedback at the bottom of each page goes directly to our product team.

Improvements

  • Validation queue now shows template-drift warnings when a supplier changes their layout
  • Accuracy report gains a “By field” segmentation view
  • PDF generation for ROI reports now runs under 8 seconds (was 12)

Coming in May

We’re working on:

  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC connector (beta)
  • Native SSO for Google Workspace and Entra ID
  • An opt-in data residency option for EU customers

As always - if there’s something you want us to prioritise, tell your account manager or drop it in the feedback widget on any article.
